DfI/2019-0258: EIR Request for a copy of the 'Assessment' criteria used by the Department in applications for the Blue Badge which are 'Discretionary' in nature and do not fall within 'Automatic' entitlement

In accordance with the Freedom of Information Act 2000 I herein request a copy of the 'Assessment' criteria used by The Department for Infrastructure when determining applications for the Blue Badge which are 'Discretionary' in nature and do not fall within 'Automatic' entitlement, for example scoring 8 points or more for PIP Mobility under 'Moving Around'.
