Please release date/time/minutes/summary/reason for of any form of communication/ meetings/letters/email/telephone calls between the NICS and developers responsible for Millmount (Lagan), Coopers Mill (McGinnis Group) or Fraser or any other developer in relation to the E-Way/Quarry Corner to Comber Road scheme or to the provision of a 'spine road or to connect Comber Road with the Upper Newtownards Road through these developments.
