The specific request is a follows:

The Friends of Knock Iveagh wish to request the following:

  1. All Internal and external correspondence between the Department for Infrastructure and Armagh City, Banbridge and Craigvon Borough Council concerning 'Knockiveagh', 'Knock Iveagh', '15 or 15A Iveagh Road', 'Knock Iveagh Round Cairn', 'Knock Iveagh Cairn', 'Iveagh Road', 'Lisnacroppan Road', 'Ayr Power', a named individual, 'GoFibre Ltd', 'Airfibre Ltd' or 'BT32 5QZ'. This should include field notes, letters, emails, email attachments (sent or received) by employees of the Department for Infrastructure, or any of its consultants, or advisors; which contain reference to 'Knockiveagh', 'Knock Iveagh', '15 or 15A Iveagh Road', 'Knock Iveagh Round Cairn', 'Knock Iveagh Cairn', 'Iveagh Road', 'Lisnacroppan Road', 'Ayr Power', a named indivdual, 'GoFibre Ltd', 'Airfibre Ltd' or 'BT32 5QZ' between 22nd February 2019 and 10th May 2019.
  2. Any and all internal memos, records, notes or other communications relating to 'Knockiveagh', 'Knock Iveagh', '15 or 15A Iveagh Road', 'Knock Iveagh Round Cairn', 'Knock Iveagh Cairn', 'Iveagh Road', 'Lisnacroppan Road', 'Ayr Power', a named individual, 'GoFibre Ltd', 'Airfibre Ltd' or 'BT32 5QZ' between 22nd February 2019 and 10th May 2019.
  3. Notes or minutes (in any form) of any meeting (internal or public, formal or informal), concerning any of the above. This includes, but is not limited to, correspondence, emails, notes of telephone calls and site visits, meetings, and any other correspondence, between 22nd February 2019 and 10th May 2019.

For clarification, please note that in relation to the above (numbers 1 - 3) we do not require copies of any of the correspondence which has taken place between our group and yourselves.

Lastly, our group also requests the following:
 

  1. Copies of any information your Department holds relating to two letters sent by Mr Peter May, then Permanent Secretary at DFI to a named individual on 17th October 2017 and 15th November 2017. This may include correspondence, emails, notes of telephone calls or meetings etc., and any officer briefing notes/documents which were intended to inform the contents of these two letters. For ease of reference, the reference numbers given by your Department to these two letters are COR-1315-2017 and COR-1390-2017 respectively.
