Information relating to Parking Enforcement in Northern Ireland, including:
1) What company employs the parking attendants?
2) What company administrates the collections and issues the fines?
3) Please include copies of any contracts between companies involved in the administration, collection and issuing of fines including government corporations.
4) What is the financial reward for the companies or departments; are they under a fixed fee system, or a percentage of the fines imposed?
5) If it is a percentage, please supply break down of percentage to each company or Department.
6) Please provide statistics of the amount of revenue collected from each parking attendant as a whole in Northern Ireland in the past 5 years.
7) Can you please supply me with evidence that the signs clearly state - Restricted Parking Place?
8) Please send proof of any contractual agreements signed between both parties.
