Details

I have been contacted by a local business owner who has concerns over the amount of penalty charge notices handed out in Rathfriland Street, Banbridge. They have informed the office that between 22-23 February 2019 there was approx. 30 parking tickets issued. They spoke to one of the traffic wardens in the town who disputed this figure. I was also advised by the business owner that there was a traffic warden on the street at all times on Saturday 23rd February and most of the day on Friday 22nd February. Could you provide details of how many times a warden is meant to be patrolling a street in the day?

I respectfully ask if I could receive a breakdown of PCN’s handed out in Rathfriland Street on the 22nd February and on 23rd February 2019.
