I am contacting to request any information DfI Roads may possess on the diversion of the Greenisland Stream as part of the A2 Shore Road project.
From DfI Rivers information the stream flowed under the A2 and emerged between Nos. 43 and 45 Shore Road; site inspection indicates that the stream has since been diverted along the approximate line shown in pink on the drawing below. A local resident confirmed the watercourse was diverted as part of the road works scheme.
