Under Freedom of Information legislation I wish to receive the following information relating to Carriageway surface defects by Road Section for each of 2016 and 2017 and if the data is available for 2018.
This information (for 2013, 2014 and 2015) was previously released to a colleague under FOI request DRD/2016-0059. I would like to receive the new information in the same format.
DRD/2016-0059 also provided information on the number of pothole related compensation claims that have been lodged; upheld and the total subsequent pay-outs. I would also like to receive this information for 2016 and 2017 (and 2018 if possible).
