- details of any consideration of a specific objection raised by MLA Claire Bailey (15th May 2018) on the basis of parking provision. The DfI consultation response indicates this decision was made having "considered objection letters uploaded to EPIC up to 12/06/2018", of which MLA Claire Bailey's was one
- specific details of the internal DfI QA, review & approval of this decision
I am concerned by the proposed development on the Ormeau Rd to build a 220 seat Fratellis Restaurant and 22 bed hotel without any parking provision and the parking survey conducted identified an under-provision of on-street parking... but the consultation response from DfI still indicated there was no issue.
