There is an urban clearway sign on the Stranmillis Road, Belfast. It is just at the entrance to the ‘Northern Ireland Statistics and Research Agency’ - a picture of this sign is attached.
Please tell me the date when this particular Urban Clearway sign was erected and provide an explanation as to why it seems to be a plastic type sign mounted with what seem to be cable ties and not like the other Urban Clearway signs which seem to be mounted with a lot more permanence further on up the road.
I specifically want to ascertain that this sign was erected after 13-12-18 as I walked the road the next day or thereabouts with my wife and there was no sign (pun intended) of this particular sign at that point.
