DfI/2019-0014: FOI Request for a list of decisions where legal advice was sought in the absence of Ministers and costs incurred

Under the Freedom of Information Act I request the following information from your Department:

• In the ongoing absence of Ministers, the number of occasions in which decisions-makers within your Department have sought legal advice on whether it is appropriate to take a decision now or whether to await the return of Ministers.
• A list of every decision in which legal advice was sought and if possible a list of decisions which were subsequently taken or deferred as a result of the legal advice.
• The estimated total cost incurred from January 2017 on seeking legal advice of this nature.
