Today I received the results of the investigation into the damage to my wheel on 6 April this year and how the claim for damage to my wheel has been turned down.

To say that the pothole on the Goland Road was maintained to "an adequate standard" and that the last inspection of the road took place on 25 January, over 2 months before the damage happened and especially during the bad weather of February and March, is incomprehensible.

I included photos of the pothole, which was inches from a second pothole of a similar size and depth in the middle of the road (also included in the photos). These holes were also reported by other road users on 5 April, before the damage occurred to my vehicle. If the road been maintained on a "regular basis" as you claim, the holes would have been clearly seen.

In conclusion, I do disagree with this finding and I want to appeal this ridiculous decision. I will include any other photos or evidence from the time that you need.
