DfI/2018-0375: EIR Request for records held by the Department in connection with the SONI plans for the North South electricity interconnector project

I wish to make an application for the release of any records such as internal emails or reports or minutes of meetings held by the Department in connection with the SONI plans for the North South electricity interconnector project. This would include any correspondence with other NI Departments on this issue or with the NI Planning Appeals Commission, or with the Department of Communications, Climate Action and Environment (DCCAE) in Dublin (previously DCER). In particular I wish to have a list of any emails received by your Department from SONI in connection with this project together with any attachments, and any responses. The timescale I am suggesting is from 1st May 2016 until 22nd October 2018. I will accept your advice on whether the Environmental Information Regulations option is more likely to be productive then a request under Freedom of Information legislation. I wish to receive the requested information via email in PDF format.
