The rule introduces two-way shared cycle tracks on lengths of the northern footway at Prince Andrew Way, Carrickfergus.
The Department has made a Statutory Rule entitled The Cycle Routes (Amendment No. 2) Order (Northern Ireland) 2015 (S.R. 2015 No. 268) which will come into operation on 29 June 2015.
