Courses for Drink Drive Offenders Working Group Annual Report 2017

Date published: 06 December 2018

Drink drive courses are used as a sentencing option in courts in Northern Ireland. These are voluntary and offenders receive a reduction of up to 25% in the period of disqualification on successful completion. The scheme is managed by the Department for Infrastructure through a Working Group which has responsibility for overseeing and monitoring the delivery of the scheme throughout Northern Ireland.  This is the Working Group’s Annual Report for 2017.
