The Tyndale Gardens, Belfast (Abandonment) Order (Northern Ireland) 2019

The Department for Infrastructure (DfI) gives notice of its proposal to make an order to abandon 26.80 square metres of road consisting of two areas of footpath at Tyndale Gardens, Belfast adjacent to the grassed area opposite Tyndale Crescent, Belfast after the completion of such works as the Department considers necessary to provide alternative facilities for road traffic.

Inspecting the proposal

The area of road proposed to be abandoned is delineated on a map which, together with a copy of a draft order, may be inspected free of charge during office hours within the period 22 May 2019 to 01 July 2019 at the Department's address as follows:

Stormont Estate
Upper Newtownards Road

Making an objection

Any person may, within the period above, object to the proposal by writing to DfI at the address above or by emailing stating the grounds of the objection.
