The Order will create parking places with unlimited waiting at the following locations:

  • Antrim: Bush Park in front of No. 30, Caulside Park in front of No. 103, Chaine Court in a lay by in front of No. 4 and Tarragon Park beside the grassed area to the side of No. 49;
  • Armagh: Navan Street in front of No. 6;
  • Banbridge: Ballygowan Park in front of No. 53;
  • Bangor: Beatrice Road (2 bays) opposite No. 49 and in front of No. 40, Lisadell Place in a parking area to the side of Nos. 1-4 and Windsor Gardens in front of No. 18;
  • Belfast: Ballysillan Drive (2 bays) in a lay-by in front of Nos. 12 and 14, Carncaver Road in front of No. 42, Castlereagh Place in front of No. 31, Fane Street in front of No. 16, Finwood Park in front of No. 2, Fort Street in front of No. 16, Glendower Street in front of No. 24, Highpark Drive in front of No. 13, Hyndford Street in front of No. 118, Joanmount Gardens in front of No. 186, Mount Merrion Avenue in a lay-by in front of No. 176, Northbrook Street in front of No. 121, Pacific Avenue in front of No. 6 and Vidor Gardens in front of No. 28

  • Dromore, County Down: Gallows Street in a lay-by in front of Nos. 42 and 44 (2 bays) (Re-advertisement) and in a lay-by in front of No. 92;
  • Dundonald: Rank Road in the cul-de-sac to the rear of No. 6c Dalkeith Gardens;
  • Gortin: Main Street (2 bays) in front of Nos. 43 and 52;
  • Greenisland: Kinbayne Crescent in a parking area in front of No. 43;
  • Kircubbin: Main Street in front of No. 24 (Munch Café);
  • Larne: Killyglen Road in front of No. 78 and Laharna Avenue in front of No. 8;
  • Lisburn: Sloan Street in front of No. 40;
  • Londonderry: Beechwood Avenue in front of No. 72, Carnhill in a parking area to the rear of No. 145, Chapel Road in front of Waterside Women’s Centre, Crawford Square in front of the accessible entrance to Conars Court, De Moleyn Park in front of No. 7, Dunmore Gardens in front of No. 11, Fountain Street in front of No. 10 (North West Migrants Forum), Glenbrook Terrace in front of No. 21, Lone Moor Road in front of No. 29 Elmwood Terrace, Marlborough Street (2 bays) in front of Nos. 73 and 76, Marlborough Terrace in front of No. 23, Mountjoy Street in front of No. 28 , Phillip Street in front of No. 41 and Synge Court in a parking area in front of No. 10;
  • Lurgan: Cafolla Gardens in front of No. 13;
  • Magherafelt: Castledawson Road (2 bays) in front of Nos. 6 and 14;
  • Newry: College Gardens in front of No. 50 and Loanda Crescent in a parking area adjacent to No. 23;
  • Newtownabbey: Bawnmore Park in front of No. 19, Lacken Gardens in a parking area to the rear of No. 172 Doagh Road, Princes Avenue to the front and side of No. 16 and Willow Park in front of No.12;
  • Newtownards: Balfour Street in front of No. 49, Mill Street in the cul-de-sac adjacent to public toilets (4 bays) and Victoria Avenue adjacent to No. 51 in the alleyway leading to Victoria Park;
  • Portadown: Ballybay Park in front of No. 16a and Hartmore Gardens in front of No. 4;
  • Portaferry: Anne Street in front of No. 26;
  • Scarva: Moody Park in front of and to the side of No. 26;
  • Sixmilecross: Meetinghouse Road in front of No. 1 Tullyneill Court;
  • Warrenpoint: Clermont Bungalows in front of No. 4.

In Ballynahinch as part of a Council led Public Realm scheme the Order will amend the descriptions of existing parking places with unlimited waiting at Dromore Street in front of No. 20, High Street in front of No. 18, Lisburn Street in front of Nos. 21 and 24 and Main Street in front of Nos. 1, 27 and 35, create a new parking place at Dromore Street in front of No. 46 and remove an existing parking place at Lisburn Street in front of No.8.  The Order will also amend the description of existing parking places with waiting limited to 3 hours Monday to Saturday between 8.30 am and 5.00 pm with no return within 1 hour or 5.00 pm at High Street in front of No. 27 and Main Street in front of No. 28.

All parking places are for the use of disabled persons’ vehicles only.

The Order will also remove parking places with unlimited waiting at the following locations:

  • Bangor: Primrose Avenue in front of No. 13;
  • Belfast: Belmont Road (2 bays) in front of No. 78 and No. 131, Connsbrook Avenue in front of No. 166, Dunraven Avenue in front of No. 119, Enid Drive in front of No. 5, Forthriver Green in front of No. 5, Greenmount, Braniel in front of No. 11, Hyndford Street (2 bays) in front of Nos. 88 and 116, Joanmount Park in front of No. 79, Killowen Street in front of No. 101, Marguerite Park in front of No. 17, Oceanic Avenue in front of No. 20 and Vidor Gardens in front of No. 5;
  • Larne: Bank Road in front of No. 18;
  • Newtownards: Mill Street in front of No. 164;
  • Portaferry: High Street in front of No. 21.

The Order will also correct a drafting error relating to an item in Victoria Avenue, Newtownards, the existing parking places will not be affected.
