The Department for Infrastructure (DfI) proposes to make an Order entitled The Parking Places on Roads and Waiting Restrictions (Magherafelt) (Amendment) Order (Northern Ireland) 2023.

Consultation description

The Order will introduce a no waiting at any time restriction (loading and unloading permitted) on lengths of Derramore Park, Magherafelt and update the definitions of “postal packet” and “universal service provider”. Vehicles are excepted from the restriction in certain circumstances.

Inspection of the draft Order and map is by appointment only which can be arranged either by e-mail using the e-mail address below or by telephone during office hours (Monday to Friday 9.00 am to 5.00 pm) on 028 8225 4085.

Making an objection

Any person may, before 10 March 2023, object or make other representations to the proposal in writing to the Department at the address above or by emailing trafficwestern@infrastructure-ni.gov.uk stating the grounds for objection.
