The Department for Infrastructure proposes to make an order vesting certain lands in the townland of Ballyarnet, County Londonderry in the Department under the Local Government Act (Northern Ireland) 1972 and The Roads (Northern Ireland) Order 1993.

The Department proposes to acquire the lands in order to provide a bus turning circle at Racecourse Road, Ballyarnet Village, County Londonderry.

A map of the lands may be inspected at all reasonable hours at the DfI Roads and Rivers offices of the Department as follows:

Making an objection
