Notice of Intention to make an Abandonment Order - Footpath to the rear of Albert Street, Quadrant Place and Cullingtree Road, Belfast

Summary

The Department for Infrastructure (DfI) being of the opinion that the road is not necessary for road traffic, proposes to make an Order to abandon an area of 357.9 square metres of footpath on the western side of the Westlink, extending from its junction with Albert Street for a distance of 115 metres in a northerly direction to the south side of the Westlink footbridge between Durham Street and Cullingtree Road.

Inspecting the proposal

The area of road proposed to be abandoned is delineated on a map which, together with a copy of a draft order, may be inspected free of charge during office hours within the period from 23 October 2019 to 2 December 2019 at:

BT4 3SQ

Making an objection

Any person may, within the period above, object to the proposal by writing to the Department at the address above or by emailing lands.eastern@infrastructure-ni.gov.uk stating the grounds of the objection.
