The Department for Infrastructure (DfI) gives notice of its proposal to abandon 198.6 metres of road comprising 3 lengths of footpath adjacent to the former Craigavon Watersports Centre (lengths of Centre Walk footpath, Cherry footpath and Lakeside Walk footpath), after the completion of such works as the Department considers necessary.

Inspecting the proposal

The lengths of road proposed to be abandoned are delineated on a map which, together with a copy of a draft order, may be inspected free of charge during office hours within the period 20 December 2018 to 28 January 2019 at the Deptartment's address as follows:

Making an objection

Any person may, within the period above, object to the proposal by writing to the Department at the address above or by emailing southernlandsteam@infrastructureni.gov.uk stating the grounds of the objection.
