The River Erne Bridge Order (Northern Ireland) 2018
The Department for Infrastructure hereby gives notice in accordance with the provisions of Schedule 8 to the Roads (Northern Ireland) Order 1993 (“the 1993 Order”) that it proposes to make an Order under Article 4 of that Order.
The proposed Order will provide for the construction of a bridge over part of the navigable waters of the River Erne associated with the Enniskillen Southern Bypass Scheme.
The River Erne (Diversion of Navigable Watercourse and Extinguishment of Public Rights of Navigation) Order (Northern Ireland) 2018
The Department for Infrastructure hereby gives notice in accordance with the provisions of Schedule 8 to the 1993 Order that it proposes to make an Order under Articles 5 and 6 of that Order.
The proposed Order will provide for the diversion of part of the navigable watercourse and the extinguishment of any public rights of navigation over part of the navigable waters of the River Erne in relation to the River Erne Bridge.
The River Sillees Bridge Order (Northern Ireland) 2018
The Department for Infrastructure hereby gives notice in accordance with the provisions of Schedule 8 to the 1993 Order that it proposes to make an Order under Article 4 of that Order.
The proposed Order will provide for the construction of a bridge over part of the navigable waters of the River Sillees associated with the Enniskillen Southern Bypass Scheme.
Inspecting the proposals
The draft Orders and drawings relating to the Orders may be inspected by any person during office opening hours from 18 April 2018 to 8 June 2018 at the DfI Roads offices of:

Making an objection
Any person who wishes to object to the making of the draft Orders must on or before 8 June 2018 write to the Divisional Roads Manager at the Omagh address above or e-mail westernmanager.ps@infrastructure-ni.gov.uk stating the grounds of their objection to the proposed Order(s). The Department will take into consideration any representations made before deciding whether or not to proceed to make the Orders with or without modifications.
