The Department for Infrastructure (DfI), gives notice of its proposal to abandon 189 square metres of footpath at Mowhan Road, Markethill after completion of such works as the Department considers necessary to provide alternative facilities.

Inspecting the Proposal

The area of road proposed to be abandoned is delineated on a map which, together with a copy of a draft order, may be inspected free of charge during office hours before 14th January 2020 at:

Making an objection

Any person may, within the period above, object to the proposal by writing to the Department at:

or by emailing southernlandsteam@infrastructure-ni.gov.uk stating the grounds of the objection.
