The effect of the Rule is to permit the Maiden City Motor Club Ltd as promoter of the Eagles Rock Hill Climb 2021 to use for that event certain roads in Co. Londonderry by suspending the right of way of other traffic on the 28 August 2021 from 10.00 am to 6.00 pm
