The Department for Infrastructure (DfI) has made a Statutory Rule entitled “The Prohibition of Traffic (Brunswick Street, Belfast) Order (Northern Ireland) 2022”, (S.R. 2022 No. 283), which comes into operation on 28th December 2022.

Details

The Rule will prohibit vehicles from using Brunswick Street, Belfast from its junction with James Street South to its junction with Franklin Street. Certain vehicles are excepted from the prohibition in certain circumstances.

The Rule will also remove certain pay and display parking bays on Brunswick Street.
