The Parking Places (Disabled Persons’ Vehicles) (Amendment) Order (Northern Ireland) 2021 No. 19

The Department for Infrastructure has made a Statutory Rule entitled “The Parking Places (Disabled Persons’ Vehicles) (Amendment) Order (Northern Ireland) 2021”, (S.R. 2021 No. 19) which comes into operation on 24 February 2021.

Details

The Rule will create parking places with unlimited waiting in Antrim, Aughnacloy, Belfast, Castlederg, Larne, Lisburn, Newtownabbey, Saintfield, Shrigley and Whitehead and will remove parking places with unlimited waiting at Bangor and Holywood. As part of an Environmental Improvement Scheme the Order will also relocate an existing parking place in Dromore, County Down.

During the current Covid-19 restrictions, a copy of the Rule may be viewed at DfI offices during office hours (Monday to Friday 9.00 am to 5.00 pm) by appointment only. Appointments can be arranged by telephoning 0300 200 7899.
