The Parking Places (Disabled Persons’ Vehicles) (Amendment No. 2) Order (Northern Ireland) 2022 No. 36

The Department for Infrastructure has made a Statutory Rule entitled “The Parking Places (Disabled Persons’ Vehicles) (Amendment No. 2) Order (Northern Ireland) 2022”, (S.R. 2022 No. 36) which comes into operation on 4 March 2022.

Details

The Rule will create parking places with unlimited waiting at Armagh, Banbridge, Belfast, Camlough, Dromore, (Co Down), Kilkeel, Killeen, Londonderry, Newry, Rathfriland, Seapatrick and Trillick and remove parking places with unlimited waiting at Belfast, Donaghadee, Dundonald and Newtownards and also correct a drafting error for parking places in Dungannon.

During the current Covid-19 restrictions, a copy of the Rule may be viewed at DfI offices during office hours (Monday to Friday 9.00am to 5.00pm) by appointment only. Appointments can be arranged by telephoning 0300 200 7899.
