The Department for Infrastructure (DfI) has made a Statutory Rule entitled “The Parking and Waiting Restrictions (Londonderry) (Amendment) Order (Northern Ireland) 2020”, (S.R. 2020 No. 316), which comes into operation on 11 January 2020.

Details

The rule will authorise lengths of Bishop Street Without, Boating Club Lane, William Street, and Horace Street, Londonderry for the use as parking places and prescribe the conditions under which they may be used. The Rule will also revoke an existing parking place on Horace Street, Londonderry and introduce no waiting at any time restrictions (loading and unloading permitted) on lengths of Deanfield; Lower Bennett Street and Termon Street, Londonderry.

During the current Covid-19 restrictions, a copy of the Rule may be viewed at DfI offices during office hours (Monday to Friday 9.00 am to 5.00 pm) by appointment only. Appointments can be arranged by telephone on 0300 200 7899.
