The Department for Infrastructure (DfI) has made a Statutory Rule entitled “The Parking and Waiting Restrictions (Banbridge) (Amendment) Order (Northern Ireland) 2024” (S.R. 2024 No. 59) which comes into operation on 12 April 2024.

Details

The Rule will introduce a no waiting restriction between 8.30 am and 6.15 pm Monday to Saturday inclusive (loading and unloading permitted) on a length of Kenlis Court, Banbridge. Vehicles are excepted from the restriction in certain circumstances.

The Rule also amends the definitions of postal packet and universal service provider in The Parking and Waiting Restrictions (Banbridge) Order (Northern Ireland) 2014.
