PLEASE NOTE: The DfI Planning offices in Clarence Court and Ebrington Square are currently closed to the public. All appointments to view DfI planning application files have therefore been suspended.

Details of planning applications are available online on the Planning Portal and you can contact us by e-mailing planning@infrastructure-ni.gov.uk.

If you have a query about a local planning issue or application, please contact the Planning Office in the local Council

An appointment must be made before visiting the office, especially if you wish to view a planning application file being handled by the Department. This will help to ensure that you are seen promptly.

Tuesday - 9:30am to 4:30pm
Wednesday - 9:30am to 4:30pm
Thursday - 10:30am to 4:30pm
Friday - 9:30am to 4:30pm
