The Department for Infrastructure (DfI) proposes to make an Order entitled The Waiting Restrictions (Toome) Order (Northern Ireland) 2019.

Consultation description

The Order will prohibit vehicles waiting at any time (loading and unloading permitted) on a length of Roguery Road, Toome. Vehicles are excepted from the prohibition in certain circumstances.

The Order will also revoke and re-enact an existing waiting restriction on Toome By-pass.

Inspecting the proposals

Full details are contained in the draft Order which, together with a map showing the road involved, may be inspected free of charge during office hours within the period below at the Department's address as follows:

Making an objection

Any person may object or make other representations, before 7 May 2019, specifying the grounds on which they are made, by writing to the Department at the address above or by emailing transportni.northern@infrastructure-ni.gov.uk stating the grounds for objection.
