The Department for Infrastructure (Dfl) proposes to make an Order entitled the Parking and Waiting Restrictions (Banbridge) (Amendment) Order (Northern Ireland) 2022.

Consultation description

The Order will introduce a no waiting restriction between 8.30 am and 6.15 pm Monday to Saturday inclusive (loading and unloading permitted) on a length of Kenlis Court, Banbridge. Vehicles are excepted from the restriction in certain circumstances.

The Order also amends the definitions of postal packet and universal service provider in The Parking and Waiting Restrictions (Banbridge) Order (Northern Ireland) 2014.

Inspecting the proposals 

Full details are contained in the draft Order which, together with a map showing the road involved, may be inspected free of charge during office hours within the period stated at Network Development, Dfl Roads Southern Division, Level 5 Marlborough House, Central Way, Craigavon, BT64 1AD.

Inspection of the draft Order and map is by appointment only which can be arranged either by e-mail using the e-mail address below or by telephone during office hours (Monday to Friday 9.00 am to 5.00 pm) on 0300 200 7899.

Making an objection

Any person may, within a period of 22 days from the date of publication of this Notice, object or make other representations to the proposal in writing to the Department at the address above or by emailing tnindcraigavon@infrastructure­ni.gov. uk stating the grounds for objection.
