The Department for Infrastructure (DfI) proposes to make an Order entitled The Parking Places on Roads and Waiting Restrictions (Cookstown) (Amendment) Order (Northern Ireland) 2019.

Consultation description

The Order will amend The Parking Places on Roads and Waiting Restrictions (Cookstown) Order (Northern Ireland) 2018 by―

  • revoking a time restriction on lengths of parking places on Oldtown Street and Union Street; and
  • splitting an existing parking place on Oldtown Street into two lengths.

Vehicles are excepted from the conditions of the parking places in certain circumstances.

Inspecting the proposals

Full details are contained in the draft Order which together with maps showing the roads involved may be inspected free of charge during office hours within the period below at the Department's addrsss as follows:

Making an objection
