Summary

The Department for Infrastructure (DfI) proposes to make an Order entitled the Parking and Waiting Restrictions (Dundonald) Order (Northern Ireland) 2024.

Consultation description

The Order will authorise a length of Comber Road, Dundonald for the use as a parking place and prescribe the conditions under which it may be used. Between 8.00 am and 6.00 pm Monday to Saturday inclusive, parking will be limited to 1 hour with return to the parking place prohibited until 1 hour has expired. Vehicles are excepted from the conditions in certain circumstances.

The Order will also revoke and re-enact certain other parking places and waiting restrictions in Dundonald.
