Notice of Intention to make an Abandonment Order - Kernan Gardens, Portadown

Summary

The Department for Infrastructure (DfI) proposes to make an order to abandon an area of 149.52 square metres of footpath located at Kernan Road, Portadown, commencing at its junction with the footway on the north side of Kernan Gardens, adjacent to No. 109, and extending for a distance of 87 metres in a north-westerly direction, after completion of such works as the Department considers necessary to provide alternative facilities.

Inspecting the proposal

The area of road proposed to be abandoned is delineated on a map which, together with a copy of a draft order, may be inspected free of charge during office hours before 14 January 2020 at:

Making an objection
