Summary

The Department for Infrastructure (DfI), gives notice of its proposal to abandon an area of 80 square metres of footpath at Craigs Road, Carrickfergus, commencing at the rear of No. 7 Broadlands Park and extending for 40 metres in a north-easterly direction along the side of No. 123 Craigs Road, after completion of such works as the Department considers necessary to provide alternative facilities

Inspecting the proposal

The area of road proposed to be abandoned is delineated on a map which, together with a copy of a draft order, may be inspected free of charge during office hours before 29 November 2019 at:

Ballymena,
BT42 3HA 

Making an objection

Any person may, within the period above, object to the proposal by writing to the Department at the address above or by emailing landsofficecoleraine@infrastructure-ni.gov.uk stating the grounds of the objection.
