Consultation document - Donaghadee Harbour Area OrderThe purpose of this Order is to fix the area at Donaghadee Harbour within which the powers of Ards and North Down Borough Council and of its officers may be exercised and within which any dues may be charged.
The Department is keen to hear the views of as many interested individuals or groups as possible to its proposals.
