Summary

The Department for Infrastructure (DfI) gives notice of its intention to make an Order under Article 68 of the Roads (Northern Ireland) Order 1993, the effect of which would be to abandon an area of 1.85 square metres of footway directly adjacent to No. 15 Ardmillan Gardens, Bangor.

Inspecting the proposal

The area of footway proposed to be abandoned is delineated on a map which, together with a copy of a draft order, may be inspected free of charge during office hours within the period from 2 September 2021 to 11 October 2021 at:

During the current Covid-19 restrictions access to this building is limited and inspection of the draft Order is by appointment only which can be arranged either by e-mail using the e-mail address below or by telephone during office hours (Mon to Fri 9.00 am to 5.00 pm) on 0300 200 7899.

Making an objection

Any person may, within the period above, object to the proposal by writing to the Department at the address below or by emailing southernlandsteam@infrastructure-ni.gov.uk stating the grounds of the objection.
