Summary

The Department for Infrastructure (DfI) gives notice of its intention to make an Order under Article 68 of the Roads (Northern Ireland) Order 1993, the effect of which would be to abandon lengths of Bellshill Road, Annaghmore and to stop-up lengths of Bellshill Road and Annaghmore Road, Annaghmore to vehicular traffic on the A6 Castledawson By-Pass between Castledawson and Toome.

Inspecting the proposal

The lengths of road proposed to be abandoned and stopped-up are delineated on maps which, together with a copy of a draft order, may be inspected free of charge during office hours within the period from 23 September 2020 to 2 November 2020 at the Department's address as follows:

During the current Covid-19 emergency access to this building is limited and inspection of the draft Order is by appointment only which can be arranged either by e-mail using the e-mail address above or by telephone during office hours (Mon to Fri 9.00 am to 5.00 pm) on 0300 200 7899.

Making an objection

Any person may, within the period above, object to the proposal by writing to the Department at the address below or by emailing landsofficecoleraine@infrastructure-ni.gov.uk stating the grounds of the objection.
